Finally broke down and ordered my next new one. Decided on the
Winchester 1885 LowWall in .223 Rem. Caliber. I do believe it will be a fun rifle. I'm excited.

My wife is picking up my new one today. Model 7 Remington Predator in .17 Rem Fireball. Got the scope out on the table and the bullets in the truck. Can't wait.

Lucky dawgs.... good on ya's.
Put 100$ deposit on and registered my NIB Benelli Ultra Light .20ga last night. As soon as that other abused thing gets back to Cabela's (they were very nice and helpful) I get my money back...should be about the same time my "10 waiting period" is up too...(calif. is weird like that...)
Might just make it in time for the dove opener next saturday.
Good gracious. A 5lb., 3-shot semi-auto....oh my.
Better stock up on some more bacon and toothpicks. And vacum the lint offa the Red Blankey.

My next wisher is a Sport specific O/U for clays....Hero's has been pretty cool about letting me pick his brain. Now I have to dig up some more junk to sell...if there's anything left worth selling.

The Ultimate Uplander: Benelli 20ga Ultra Light: 3", 2+1, 24" bbl, 5.2 lbs.
Inertia driven bolt, not a gas-op. No mess, full power out the business end.
Handles like a broom stick, mounts perfectly and the sight pic is incredible with the raised carbon rib.
It's almost a shame to use this gun, it's really nice. Really nice is a giant understatement. Wish I had a second one for a safe queen. Pick this thing up and whip it to your shoulder? It will ruin it for you for every other shotgun you pick up, this I gaurantee. It's thin, light and truly is more like an extension of your body than anything else I've held. It's just that darn good.
I'm gonna wear the finish of this lil hunny....
(photobucket aint an option anymore, sorry for the "click the link" but it's worth it...mouse over for zoom feature)
$1298.00, NIB- with 3 chokes, cast/drop shims. Trophy foot and feathers were extra.
