You have got to be kidding me!!!!!! The grill is the best way when I start boning I always pull the tenders and a back loin, cut it up and throw it on the grill while I bone the rest of the deer. I use either a seasoning salt or a good wildlife seasoning for venison or Hunters choice marinade. The key is to not cook it to long. When I cook venison on the grill thats all we eat we can put every veggie under the sun potato's or anything my wife and kids will ignore it and chow on the venny.
Damn now I'm hungry as hell and drooling on myself.

Cut some thick venison steaks, marinate overnight in Italian salad dressing and grill! The oil seems to help prevent the meat from getting too dry.

OH Yea thats a good one too but watch for flare ups from the oil.
