wtf Jack Daniels is a Rye ??? Since when ???
To be classified as a rye it must contain at least 50%, Jack is 80% corn mash !!!

The word "Rye" in Canada (other then when they have Alberta Premium) is just another name for Whiskey.

At any bar I've been to asking for "A double of Rye" will land you a double of whiskey straight no ice, whether or not they have actual "rye" around.

By far the Bourbons (corn mash, 51%-79 % by definition) rule American whiskey making.
There are only a handful of ryes made here and I’m willing to bet that few people even know or heard of the distillers.
Rye is a grain grown the same as wheat and barley. (I hope that's what you was asking)

Normal Army standards in the forty's is 18 min for 2 miles.
Now in my last year since I am broke and decrepit I get around 36 min to walk 2 1/2 miles. wtf Confused
