Gelan,

We're on the same page! Sharps Quigley 45-110

At my age, I'd probably dislocate my sholder, but I'd be laying there with a smile on my face! Very Happy

Cary

I have a frind with a sharps 45-120 and that rifle is a blast! He hunts every thing with that rifle. His reloading tecneek is a little different but its a shooter! Dont shoot this gun out the window into the wind the smoke will kill ya! So i'm told.

Gelan, Cary, now one of my dream guns was a Remington rolling block ( I went with a Pedersoli repro, the "Creedmore"). I like the old "buffalo guns" too. Some friends have Sharps but I wanted something different. I've never hunted with it because it's just too darn long and heavy for around here but I did get to shoot it in a 500 yard match. Talk about fun!

I'm with G-Man

A hand made Sharps.

Almost ordered one a couple of year back, but got cold feet.
