I am thinking about purchasing a Leupold Mark 4, and i was woundering how the Turrets on the top of the scope work, for elevation and windege.

That's a little like saying "I'm going to buy a Ford, how does it work?" There are a lot of different models there. There is some good info on Leupold's website about the Mark 4 line. Looks to me like the elevation and windage are "finger adjustable" and that there is a paralax/focus adjustment knob on the left side.

Are you referring to how the turrets work with the mil-dot reticle ???

They work just as designed! But why dont you just buy the thing and read the instructions? You wont be disappointed.
