ANY CUT OF VENISON WILL DO FOR THIS RECIPE AS THE COOKER WILL TENDERISE IT.

HEAT YOUR PRESSURE COOKER AND PUT BUTTER IN BOTTOM OF COOKER.
SEAR THE MEAT ON ALL SIDES IN THE COOKER.
REMOVE MEAT FROM COOKER AFTER SEARING/BROWNING.
PLACE COOKER RACK IN BOTTOM OF COOKER, PLACE MEAT IN COOKER ON RACK PLACEING MEAT IN LAYERS WITH ONIONS BETWEEN THE LAYERS OF VENISON, ADD IN SOME CARROTS IF YOU HAVE THE ROOM.
ADD THE REQUIRED AMOUNT OF WATER TO BOTTOM OF COOKER.CLOSE LID AND COOK FOR 1 HOUR @ 15 POUNDS.
WHEN COOKER IS DONE, REMOVE MEAT AND RACK.
USE CORN STARCH TO MAKE A GRAVY FOR YOUR POTATOES.

Yes they do! You can infuze any meat you like with extra flavors or totaly different flavors, simply by adding said flavors to the cooking water in bottom of cooker.
