Now THAT is one complicated wiring job! Mine has a power cord that runs to a switch box and two wires to the motor but then I was going for simple. Yours may be more complex but they do the same job.
I could add some feet on the front of my frame but so far it works and like you I don't shoot much of the rimmed ammo. I made the box with a 15 degree back tilt and although the rails will stack over two hundred cases I don't trust it past about 75.
I haven't even separated my 30-30 cases yet. They are in with a pile of pistol and rifle brass in several buckets I just haven't gotten to yet.

There's a few things I need to tinker with on mine . Like you I don't over load the hopper .

I've ran 5.7x28mm(1000-more or less), 308-win(>100<) ,303-British(50-more than once) , 223-Rem (way more that a few 1000 ), 30-378 Wby (20 or more), though mine , but haven't tried any pistol cart. yet.

Does take a few min. to set up but all the cases turn out the same , just have a few cases to ruin on the set up Scratch

Well, the important part is that it works for you.
I tried a couple of 30-30 cases today... I will have to cut clearance in the guides at the bottom to clear the rims. There is a radius on the cold formed angle iron I used so it traps the rim. If I had used real angle iron it would not be an issue.
The other point is how many I can stack in the rack is still open. I ran across two 30-30 cases in with some 223 I was sorting so I just tried it with two. It needs about 1/8 inch ground off the bottom inside so the rims will clear.

On the other side I have 200 223 prepped and primed and ready for powder and bullets. I'm still working on an accuracy load for my 18" AR.

Yep, I agree with Gelandangan...great job in both cases.

My cabinet is a bit rough and ready, but it works. The speed of the two rotating parts is easy to control and allows for minor adjustments if needed for different cases.

While we're on the annealing , I'll post a few pictures why I built mine

The Rifle AR-57 , 50-round mag. , lower mag. catches the hulls no spring or follower ,

These are the shells # 1 2 & 3 are the reloads ......#4 is normal case neck stretch (blow-back bolt doesn't lock), # 5 possible over charge or could after the neck separation ? # 6 the separated case # 8 the next round though the chamber (ouch) never have your hand on the mag. well . # 7 If you look close to the bullet and the end of the neck you'll see neck of # 6 . It also blew the bottom plate of the lower mag. off and swelled the sides . I was lucky I only received a bloody hand from the pressure when she blew.

The "kool factor" makes me want one but the 57 is too weird for me.
I have a hard enough time fitting 55 grain bullets and a 223 brass into the seating die. My hands keep getting the the way.

So, how much does a replacement magazine run?

Yours is like the one I saw and decided to see if I could get it to work without all the complexity. Luckily it worked so I don't have to build the more expensive one.

. I think it was on the 3rd , I'm using mainly 6.2 gr. TRUE BLUE powder now with a 40gr. HORNADY Z-MAX , with a very lite crimp just enough to hold in place . I get a very lite stretch in the neck with this load .
. As the FN 5.7 original rounds have a special lube on the case , I use 3-in-one DRY LUBE oil on my hands as I load the magazines. When I first started the 5.7x28 wasn't much info out there , Got a lot of good starting points at this site .

I'm running the 5.x28mm though the annealer every second reload now , Using a sonic cleaner W/dawn detergent as a cleaner , before the resizing and de-priming. Some of the cases are their 5th or 6th reload using this .
. About time for many to go in the cull tub .

This accident happened over a year ago , made me start checking all my cases a little closer . If in has any discoloration of any kind its marked and in the tub .

Paul , It is a fun little gun I use to squirrel , rabbit hunt and general varmint gun. As for the magazine I think I payed in the $30.00 range for the Fn brand was told to stay clear of some of the generic brands .
