oh well I guess the "owners" of the pooper should get a fine and be made to clean it up....same as us dog owners,it only seems fair.
if they are allowed to crap on your land and sleep there too does that mean we can round them up as "ferals" stick our brand on them and then they be ours to sell etc????? and dont anyone say slavery is long gone because my dear friends its worse now and more people are in slaved right this very minute than at any time before in history.
