I effed up the other night when my brother called me. I had the ram up on my press and spun the turret breaking of my depriming pin and bent the decaping unit. I contacted RCBS thinking they would make me purchase a new setup and they responded by sending me a new decap unit and extra pins at no charge. Thank you RCBS.

Very Happy I have dealt with RCBS for over 40 years,and they always make me feel like i come away with a "handfull of aces"!Their customer service is probably the best that I've ever witnessed!

I keep hearing stories like this about this company, the small amount of money for the replaced parts is well worth the good press.

I have always had good service from RCBS, but I also have to say the same about Hornady and Lee. In such a competitive market it is almost an unwritten law that customer service has to be excellent. Wish that were true in other areas!

RCBS made Good on their life time warranty last year on the ram of my Rock Chucker press ( purchased back in the early '70's ),I was only trying to find out the correct one to order and they sent one at no charge.

Yup I agree, Rcbs, Lee and Hornady came thru. Rcbs sent me new pins for the decapping die and Lee did replace my Casting furnace all at no charge.

Hornady after I inquired about my old Pacific press and shotgun press offered me the upgrade no charge.

Kudos to the above Manufacturers.

I have twice availed of Lee`s customer service and on both occasions was pleased. Reloaders are a pretty connected group and poor service would quickly be known throughout the community.
