I and the missis manage a low income housing and we see it every day. Not only is everything paid by tax payers, they sqeale about the rent that they pay. Some of them here pay only $25.00 a month with utilitys all paid, then they move in boyfriends, brothers and sisters and ant one or thing that needs a place to stay. Which in turn breaks the lease that was signed by them. But HUD will not do a dam thing about it.
