Not sure if kangaroo meat is exported to the USA, especially to the USSR of CA, they have done funny ideas about porting anything to do with kangaroos. Do a search of the net mate, you may be able to find an importer of 'roo meat.

I haven't heard much about them in the last few years though. there was a restaurant in Seattle that served ostrich and roo steaks. The kangaroo steaks were pretty good!
