I found that antler in the snow at the spot where I busted him. I actually thought he was a nice doe until I caught up with him!!

7 does, 3 bucks,one gobbler, and a 400 lb black bear in Wv this season. Smile

yes sir, this is the last day I need 3 more does to fill my tags. first buck was 147 inch, second was 135, and the third was 128. my bears skull was 17.7/8 would have been 18.1/8 but she had no front teeth so no pope and young this. Smile

Looks like I'm skunked for this year. The state gave us a longer deer season but work, etc. ate up even that. Time to start working on improved loads for next year, not to mention trying to find good places for varmint hunting.

Saw 5 tonight 4 doe and a nice 8 . Couldn't get a clear shot at any of them . They were down in the thick stuff. It was nice to watch them though Very Happy
