Chambered, it probably will be since that is a factory chambering from T/C. But I did find a custom barrel maker who had some 7x57.

Nice looking gun, but why do you have to leave it at the shop till after Nov elections? Just asking cuz I am not fimilar with the laws in MA.
And I just purchased a new super redhawk 44 with scope and it will be here Friday and I will post pics.

Both of these handguns are "not approved for sale" in MA.
It isn't a law in MA, rather a "safety edict". The Gov couldn't get his anti-gun legislation through the state house. Instead, the Atty Gen issued a set of "safety tests" to which handguns must be submitted before they are approved (as safe by the AG) for sale in this state. The list of approved guns is very, very short. Most manufacturers have just told the AG where to stick it and don't sell here. Our current AG, also anti-gun, has continued on with her predecessor's policy.
Jim McKenna is running for AG and has promised to do away with this ridiculous set of rules.

WOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!
I finally got my Colt 1911 Officers Model. I will take pics soon. I have been working on a kitchen, flooring and misc remodel items for quite a while now. Between Guard Drills and installing I haven't taken a day off in 7 weeks, time for a range weekend.

Don't worry Vince I already gave her a good cleaning and took her out for some exercise tonight. Now to clean her again. I am kinda bummed one of my pearl grips came apart while I was shooting.
I got the original box of shells with the gun and only 6 were spent.

Nothing less than I would expect from a man of your calibre mate. Treat "her" right and she will give you a lifetime of care and protection.
What are your pearl grip made of mate? If they are plastic, then it shouldn't be too hard to repair. They look nice, but I wonder what they would be like with sweaty hands...rather slippery I would imagine.
Cheers, Vince

They are just some kind of plastic, the original wood are more functional.
