Totally blew that test. Looks like it's time to get back to the basics. I'm gonna remove the red dot and spend some quality time with the iron sights.

Hmmm - I wouold have thought #1 would have been on the RH edge, but just low below the green. Pretty cool illustrations, Dawgdad.

My final words of wisdom on shooting for today - Proper sight alignment and SMOOTH trigger control that allows the weapon to discharge without disturbing the sight picture will result in a good shot. The best way to learn this is through quality practice with both dry fire and live fire.

Great post! brings back things long forgotten. I haven't played with an m16/m4 for about 6 years now. As a tanker it's all m9 or tank qualification.
