Little higher on the price Stoves it was $125 plus $12 shipping, Magnum Research wanted $150 plus $20 shipping and another $25 for taxes. So I'm more then happy.

The BFR is a heavy piece of hardware so it has to be secure and comfortable. And on top of all it looks cool.

This is where I originally found it.....http://www.magnumresearch.com/Browse.asp?Category=BFR:Holsters

Then just googled bfr holster. They have a couple sizes for barrel length and to accommodate the short cylinder and long cylinder.

A happy BFR is a good BFR!

Took the broken scope back tonight but of course they didn't have another one, not even an upgrade that I would consider. I plan on being in the woods with the BFR at 0 dark thirty on Saturday so I really need to find something quick.

I tried a scope on my SuperRedhawk and replaced it with a Millett red dot. They seem to hold up well and aren't expensive. I tried a Tasco red dot once and it simply fell apart.

This was a $300.00 Swift, it was a dang good scope I really liked it. I don't understand why it crapped out now after about 500 rounds, I figured it would go quick if it was going to break. I guess Murphy was at the range with me yesterday. After the scope gave out I couldn't get a good group with my wife's 7mm mag. I could get 2 touching but the third would be be any where from 1 to 3 inches out. So i put my tail between my legs and went home. I did find out that my wife's 7mm mag shoots the loads I made for my 7mm mag even better. Go figure.
