Almost any good handloading manual will have data for 140 gr. bullets, maybe not specifically Winchester, but a good load can be worked up with other data, if you proceed carefully.
There is a ton of .270 Winchester data published, so somewhere, you will find a good load, and maybe with the Winchester product. Good luck.

The thing I do know is I have had great luck with Winchester Ballistic Silvertip, they fly real tight.

man if they are old school silver tips you are a lucky lad. we only had them here loaded I used 130grn in 270 and 150grn in 30/30 man those things were dynamite on deer pigs and goats since they changed the pills I havent bothered buying them.My 270 doesnt mind what its fed I experamented on range with 115grn reload 3 different 130grn loads 2 different 140grn loads 3 diferent 150grns and a 160grn lapua all were shot from bench at 100yrd and the group was size of playing card.I always liked using win760 powder. best of luck.

We used to shoot the old 150gr Silver Tips in 308 and they were wonderfull on whitetail. The last time I found any I bought all they had (6 boxs) and that was 10 years ago or better. Needless to say they are long since gone. Sure wish they would bring them back!!!
