My old navy buddy and I got talking on the phone the other night about a Swiss 1879 Velletri Rifle which he is considering collecting. Well as soon as we got off the phone I started doing some "Googling" to learn something about the firearm. These came up. They aren't Velletri's of course but I am really having the "dig deep in the pockets" urge again. Anyone have a cure?

The K31 is a neat, accurate rifle!

Can't argue against getting one, sorry. The fact that they never saw any real battle action and they were very well taken care of just screams take me home.
The price might be high though, check around. US prices are in the 2-300 range but don't know how that translates in Canada. I bought one, love it so much I built a new stock for it, I reload for it. Original ammo is still available and is touted as bein the most accurate for the rifle...I've never shot any. I guess you better go buy one. They also make a very nice scope mount for it that just clamps onto the receiver although a diopter would be cool.

I'll quit..you think about it

Why would you want a cure?

Those prices give me chest pains. I bought my Swiss 1931 rifles for about $100. All the best...
