Golly Moose...even when you are in front of the lens you manage to take a great photograph mate.

That is a damn fine looking supper in your hand mate...magnificent.

Aah Pheasant under knife and fork. Some like it under glass. Me? I prefer to use my fingers and chase it with a good white wine.

Good shootin'...

Just wanted to say thanks to all of you for your nice comments. Hope you all can get to enjoy hunting these these birds on the prairies. So I'll sign off on the bird hunting for year and end with a pic from this Friday. My buddy Russ and I continue to play hooky from working in order to enjoy the fall and chase birds. Friday was another cold, cool day and we hit a spot that has produced before. The choc labs are Russ's and the oldest, Mattie, is really showing her age. It's kinda sad as I've hunted with her since she was a pup. Guess we all get old sooner or later. There is no quit in her though. We had a fine morning hunt. Managed five nice roosters and two sharptail grouse. With some better shooting, probably could have managed another rooster. Doesn't really matter though. Its all about getting out with good friends and greater yet, dogs. Very Happy

Stovey! I do have an extra room at the house. Very Happy
