Well said Mike. As Elvis said, the light at the end of the tunnel is not necessarily a train...however, as you said, unless the Whammy Obammy clown circus take notice, it ain't gonna make an ounce of difference.

Keep in mind though..... They have a way of doing what they want and then letting the courts decide it. Liberal courts aren't always friendly to the constitution and the time line is often lengthy.

That wouldn't be because the Judges are Political Appointees would it Chambered? The politicians own the Courts mate, and although the Courts have to make decisions based on law, they can, and do, cater to those that appointed them by keeping things out of court for as long as they can. Remember, most politicians are linked to the legal fraternity in some way and the Judges are drawn from the legal fraternity. Its a vicious circle mate.

I guess that I can't put anything past the President these days.
Like what was said, he will do anything, then figure that it will take years for the courts to make rulings, in which time our guns will already have been melted down.
