Ahhh...that is a different story Punkin. They will never completely stamp out voting fraud, but there are ways and means, and controls, that can be put in place. If the Democrats are opposed to deterring voter fraud, then they should be disbanded as a political Party because it is obvious they support dishonesty.

If it can be shown that a party has manipulated the polls by fraudulently "placing" a vote, then that party should not only loose that vote vote, plus 10 more as a penalty. Also, if they can identify the person that polled the fraudulent vote, then he or she should be jailed with Sheriff Joe Arpaio for a very long time.

I'll probably upset a few people by saying I disagree with universal suffrage & think there should be some kind of political knowledge test to pass before someone can vote.
Heck; ten simple questions based on the candidates' promises & a 50% pass mark would probably halve the pool of eligible voters.

I think your being too optimistic. I doubt that 25% of the voters know or understand their choice of candidate's platform.
