Thats pretty much how we do it. Just do it slower and have someone touching up the stubborn spots with a knife. Gotta be careful around the bullet or arrow entry or exit, tends to rip the meat.

That was pretty neat, but I think I will stick to the old fashion way of doing it. I can only imagine the things that could go wrong when Murphy's law kicks in.
