Hey!!! Hairy legs an shotshell grin! Looks like yer doin alright, gotcher secret get-away rig, complete with satellite dish'n wooden sidewalk, jest like the ole west. Goin native with the bows-n-arrows might cost ya dinner but it'll keep yer rump in shape bendin over for the missed shots. Sure glad you're keeping busy, I was worried about you making any headway in such a small town. You can't beat it though, making a living in a place like that would tend to get you to learn what your life is all about. Most people don't have time for that and whooomp yer dead. If you had any sense (after death) you'd sure wonder what the hell you did with your life.
Please visit more often!

One and all. I miss you guys! Thank you.
Omini-vore- Hi backatcha!
Bushy-bring yer BSS. Then the birds will have two dummy's to laugh at.
Suz- I love this woman!
El-V!- Tank is a wee bit miffed. But he gets a go in Sept. Tons of dove here. Cant wait for doubles with the big pump. BOOM-CHAK-CHACK-BOOM!
There's game galore. I picked a great spot. Now that things are rolling I'm going to have a wee bit more time to get organized and hunt. I am not bragging. But I am here to say- work hard, be nice, things will come to you in exact proportion to your efforts. I've learned a lot of late about myself and how the world works. It's nice not being in a city surrounded by slackers and working my ass off in a welfare state. Pretty much everyone here pulls their weight. The Local Dollar reciprocates a lot. Took me 35 years but I'm back home and sleeping in the trees again. Ahhhh.....
Major fire restrictions now- big heat wave, so no shooting. Monsoons are here in a bit-then we can shoot again. I've bartered for a new reloading bench with one of my clients. Once that's up it's back on again. Can't wait to get the centerfires back out and tuned up.

Got my new rig, 68inch long,45#@ 28"....craftsmanship could be better the glass is a little wavy but they have a real good rep for shooting well and lasting, the draw is smooth as expected. I like the buff finish. It's gona get knackered so I didnt drop a big wad on a pretty one by BEAR or something and when it's gets some patina it'll look nicer. Came with data sheet for arrow spec's, all the leather bits, matched and tested arrows and a chrony log. 152fps. Quick enough for bird hunting. What a no brainer- just click and order. I'm pretty happy with it. Just got the Beaver Balls on last night. Shooting it tonight first time. Looks just like one of those fancy $700.00 bows with your eyes closed.

Great for quieting strings.
Hear tell Bushy uses them as an emergency spruce up kit for dark colored moustaches when he uses up all the Grecian Formula on his hair before a big barn dance.

Stovey, just a question: is gunpowder that rare or expensive in your new heaven so that you had to return to the native way for hunting?
Still in the motorbusiness or already thinking about saddles and horseshoes?
just kidding!
Just for your info: last Thursday I had 27 rabbits. About 3 weeks earlier it was better with 28 rabbits. Each time in a few hours in the evening, using just an airrifle and even no dog...
This morning we had about 34 crows and 9 doves... doveseason is not open yet, but we are allowed to do damage control on crops.
