Aprox (900) .380 auto cases. Most is new and primed. Rest is once fired it appears.

Haven't got one yet, Dawgdad. But my wife is getting a Bersa Thunder .380 for CCW...Which means I will be lookin' for a pet load. Looks like right now I'll be looking at W-231 and/or Unique pushing a 90/95 grain Hornady XTP.

I like 231 and WST and Bullseye for this class of pistol Unique used to be real dirty and I never went back to it. I run a 115 XTP in my 9mm. Great bullet. Always expands.

I have a hi-cap (10 shot) .380 Makarov that will hold the 10 ring of a B-27 at 25 yards !! I just never shoot it that much. This was just too good a deal to pass up.

I have, yet, heard a bad word from Bersa owners. They seem to be sold on the little gun. I understand it is loosely based on the PPK.
The only bad word I have ever gotten is from non-owners and the only complaint they can come up with is that "It's a .380 and too small for self defense. With the advancement of bullet technology it should do the job. Besides, it's better then a sharp stick.

i know of and have shot both a couple of friends bersa's. bitchen little pistol. people that poo-poo these things have obvisouly no clue about anything including guns. i wish all pistols were made this well and for the price as the thunder's i shot. not sure about stopping power and all that magazine bull but i sure would not want to be on the recieving end of one. good night those were nice little shooters. and for the price? are you kidding? hard to beat that deal. if i was in the market for a 380 it would be a bersa, period.

25 years ago when I picked up my first 9mm I went to the range where a guy was shooting a .380. Someone made a dispariging remark about his caliber. He turned to the B-27 full man target and put 4 shots into the head of the target, turns back to his dispariger and says, "Shot to the pumpkin will stop anybody..." Conversation over.

exactly. shot placement matters, not caliber. catch a vital like the bean or the heart and it's over as over can be. no way id take on a .380 and walk away. same with my 38spl. people poo-poo it. at 15y ever see what i'll do to a gallon jug of water or a can of beans? i woundt wanna be on the end of that for anything. too many idiots spend too much time on the internet or reading magazines that do know the facts. as said, ive shot two diff bersa's. i was flat amazed at the build quality, opperation and when i heard the price i was floored. what a bargain for a hideout that works and works damn well.

Dawgdad...I've been lookin all over the place for load information on WST and I can't find anything. Seems I still don't have enough load manuals.
What are you loading and where did you get the specs?
