Not to many birds around here this year, but puppy dog did get me into a couple of them yesterday. Was great to finally get out. Watching her work a bird always makes my day. The sound of the old 20 ga. going boom just adds a little flavor to the experience. Smile

Nice pic. I have been walking looking for a rooster but so far nothing. But the dog is still happy to go run the fields.

Ya got me there guys. Do you mean your ordinary old, everyday, garden variety rooster....the guys that keeps the hens happy, cacklin' and layin' cackle berries?

Ringnecks, Pheasants, We call them roosters because we can only shoot males.
