Yes, bullet heads are classed as "rounds" in the amount to be bought or held for expanding ammo, irrespective of where you live in England. i can only think that you have got a very understanding FA Officer

Would love to have my 586 S&W in 357MAG and my TC Contender in 30.30 again. With those and my current rifles it would be a case of "bring on the revolution".
