Somewhere in the back of my head I know I've done 250 grs and less, but my harddisk is not so well organized. As soon as things clear up and I see the light in these notes, I'll come back on this.
by the way: you can do ALL these straight wall cases with a round ball. Just fill up the case with BP and press the RB in. I usually give a light crimp afterwards to keep the ball in place. They do OK for short distances. For longer shots you need a slow twist in the barrel.

well we had a ball of a time up the hills today, didnt see many wallabies, but saw enough to throw some big hunks of lead in thier general direction...they are probably still running. was surprised at how small the drop was at 700-800 yards across a gully into big rock face....and just how AWESOME 60 grains of home rolled sounds when its touched off, much more of a boom than the 50 grain loads....at end of day on way out a sycamore tree looked just right for a target so fired 5 rounds into base of it at about 30 yards, using my pop rivet aperture I was off to right by about 4" so tried using the notch Ive cut in top edge of it...spot on horizontally and about 2" high so perfectomundo!!! will just use that from here on after..maybe the higher velocity smokeless loads might be 3-4" high will find out one day. a very messy cleanup when got home...had to break out the old wire turkshead to get the 4" of shotgun barrel past end of insert muzzle clean...the insert got hot water and detergent first up the boresnake n oil over n over again till it came good, then oily rag on tail of snake to finish it off..will check later in week to make sure no corrosion has started. shooting black powder sure is fun to do but boy is it messy,a bit like something else really LOL.

Sounds like a good time was had, and that's the important part.
