One of the best.
I e-mailed RCBS to see if they stil had cutting heads for a Case Trimmer 2 in stock. I've had this case trimmer for around 30 years and the head has been resharpened many times and was on it's last legs.
Not only did they have a new cutting head, but I was notified that it was in the mail as a warranty replacement part.
Now you just can't beat that for a warranty.

Bushy, I suppose the know you and are a little bit afraid... such things never happen to me...
I have to correct myself: many years ago, when I bought my Dillon 550, they send it over with 1 wrong item, which they did replace immediatly. Not "replace": they send over the good part and let me keep the wrong item. From that day on I still love that light blue color...

RCBS, never heard a bad thing about their companies warranty.
Many other companies could take a page out of their book.
Glad your happy.

I like a story with a happy ending. RCBS has always been great and they replaced a number of parts for a RockChucker reloading press that I bought at a flea market at no charge. All the best...

I've called RCBS twice. Both times I've received free parts and great service. We are spoiled in the reloading industry as we have so many great companies that know how to take care of their customer base.

Without a doubt RCBS and Dillon, stand by their No B.S. Policy. Great companies. Now if only other American companies would copy their service.
