As of writing my Government exam Tuesday I am a licensed mechanic now. Along with being fully certified for Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/RAM/Fiat/ProMaster having completed the entire corporate curriculum at the end of last year.
I managed to breeze through most of the categories, on the government's exam. But apparently, I know nothing about tie rods, as Steering, Suspension and brakes was half my mistakes on the exam.
No surprise though, I have stuck to engine management, restraints and body systems as my "niche" at work (also my highest marks), never did do a front end job on anything but my own Dart.

Awesome!
Anytime you gain qualification gives you one step ahead further than others.
Hmm.. that sounds like a Chinese proverb..

good on you Mate. now dont forget to look after your own wagon..most mechanics over here let their own wagons go as they can fix them any time.
