Hey Stovie, me and puppydog will be waiting for you next season. We did go out yesterday. She put three ruffs up in our short hunt, but all three escaped unharmed. The goose came out of the smoker on Christmas afternoon and fed some people. Most had never tasted wild goose before. Most liked it, but a couple weren't so sure they liked it. Gotta thank Suz for suppling some good info on making up the goose. Very Happy
