So just I helped a user with a corrupted database, which I am pretty sure is coming from a failing hard drive scrambling data a bit. I wrote some stress test code to auto-generate hundreds of firearms with hundreds of loads, each with dozens of targets. It wrote out some mighty large databases, but they were all written out and loaded back up properly. I'm pretty confident that process is fine.

Anyway as a safety measure, to help people identify potential issues when the database gets saved out, I quickly reload it and test for errors. Its very fast and not even noticeable but if there is an error in the prior save, it will now give the user the option to retry the save before the application shuts down.

I also added a small red dot in the target screen to indicate the "center" of a bullets group.

This version also has some minor other minor tweaks and fixes. Let me know if anyone notices any additional issues

Yep, the patcher will auto-update anything that is out of date. I'm really happy with how that mechanism works.
