I think Remington did a good job explaining the facts, as opposed to CNBC's fear mongering. Their response just enforces my faith in the company. Over the years Dad and I both had some contact with the media for various reasons and we were NEVER accurately quoted, whether by error or intent. In an issue as contentious as this one could be I wouldn't trust the "mass media" to give me the whole truth. And I certainly wouldn't put it past them to intentionally do a hatchet job on a gun manufacturer. |
