Keep in mind, you don’t need a so called turkey load to kill a turkey!!!
Pattern the gun with the load you intend to use and know its limits.

We finally settled on Winchester Super-X Super Pheasant with 1 oz. of copper plated #5 shot @ 1300 FPS. They patterned extremely well in the gun, and so far the longest kill for this combo is 36 yds.
