Please note, Its come to my attention that some countrys use a different format for writing fractional values.

If I have a number that is "One hundred twenty three and 4 tenths, 5 hundreths, 6 thousandths" inches, here in the US It would be written as:

123.456 inches.

However in some countrys (like Spain) the comma and the decimal point are reversed so it would be written as:

123,456 inches.

A HUGE difference if someone takes a value from Spain and interprets it litterally in US notation. I am looking into ways to detect and handle this internationally... but for now, if you wish PointBlank to work properly you will have to conform to the US usage of comma's and decimal points.

I believe I have a fix for this... right now I'm running tests to correct bad data in previously created load information.

AFAIK most of Europe uses the period rather than the comma for delineating decimals. That is the case in the UK.
