I was keeping Cutter and Joe on a working cattle ranch in Southern USSR of C. Both of them were in a [large] padock. About 3 times a week I would put them on grass for a couple of hours. Their main diet was alfalfa (twice a day) and a 3 lb coffee can of grain with a cup of apple cider vinegar mixed in with the grain (every other day).
