I don't have any thing to say about the gun or the bullet but I found a really great site for rimfire fans RimfireCentral and they have a section devoted to Henry rifles if you page down a bit. These guys are real fans of rimfire, I bet you'll find something useful about the rifle......of course there's always someone here that is too.....

When the .17 HMR came out, I was ready to buy a rifle. It turned out that the .17 ammo is much more expensive than it should be. I bought a .204 Ruger instead as it is reloadable ammo. Got really lucky - my rifle is the most accurate that I have ever owned.

Most accurate stock rifle I've ever seen! I aspire to have a rifle as accurae as marty's!

I second the cost of the .17 ammo. One can reload for less.

This 17 purchase is just for the plinking and small game and to use with buddies w/savage,marlins and cz's .I have the centerfires to use for the long stuff.I really want to know if I can expect to be capable of being in line with this piece of equipment.I thought there would be someone on the forum that owned one and let me know what they thought. Thanks!!

there didn't seem to be a topic on the RimFireCentral that Suz suggested regarding the Henry .17 in the Henry section. No mention either of Henry in the .17 section. You might email these guys with any questions.

There were some reviews on google.
