your local craft shop should have multicompartment boxes most cross stitchers use them. great for the stuff to tie up that new wonder fly.

I found out there is a fly fishing store down town, devoted to fly fishing. Nice shop, TONS of materials for fly tying so I can see what you guys mean now.

None the less cause of that I decided to use my wooden cabinet thing I made to hold the fly tying stuff instead now beside my desk.

Forgot to put the one drawer back in before the picture, but none the less its alittle more storage space available now then just one Plano box.

First impressions of the vest.

One thing about the strap vest I like, they will swallow a entire Superfly box, in those 4 little pockets that I had found useless in other vests right outside. You know which 4 I am talking about, the ones that hold a single bottle of floatant each. Holds a entire 4.25x3.0x1.375 fly box! Shocked

Due to this I got more useable storage then I needed. Cause the large pockets are big (they will swallow a Flambeau 4045 fly box (8.875x4.75x1.50) with room to spare for a notepad and the leaders in the internal leader pockets Cool ), these 4 pockets to hold small fly boxes and it has a license holder pocket, and 2 small other thin pockets on the inside (touching your body).

YKK Zippers throughout, leader zipper pulls, clean stitching with reinforcement on pocket lids and other stress areas. Sheep Skin fly holder which is thick and puffy not short and stiff, and a back pocket that has been sewn with a 4" square base, so its not just a sleeve but a proper pocket.
