The 5.3 is a great motor!!! I have 155,000 miles on mine. Use Mobil 1 and change it every 20,000 miles and it doesn't burn any significant amount of oil. Good gas mileage but I don't run the family hauler at 120 mph. |

I hope you have mega brakes on that thing because trying to stop from that velocity is an eye opener!!!! It can take more than 4 times the distance that stopping at 60 mph takes and that's with no brake fade!!!

From one cop to another ....Nice Ride!!!! My Sgts car which I share with 4 other Sergeants is 18 months old and has 150K mainly rural and county driving . hey but thats our Govt for you
