Before I start this sorry if I start a political debate but I just found this interesting.
Looks like some people are getting tired of all the talk about taking away guns so they are bringing them to Obama's speaches.
And where does it say any of the guns were loaded.
Guns at politcal ralleys

As the article mentioned, ours is an open carry state. It is my opinion that those carrying firearms were intent on protecting the President if the Secret Service could not.

I am envisioning being gang tackled by a mob of secret service agents and making John Madden's hi-lite reals for biggest tackle hits - the sports guys would rewind and play about 20 times in a repeated loop. Sweet!

Just more stirring the pot from the State run media.
No one arrested, no one injured. Much to the chagrin of the Media. So they flap about what could have happened.
Move along...nothing to see here.
Oh- and BTW, in Montana? No one was carrying open because it was raining like hell, so, guess what the means. And there were a boat-load of protestors as well that HATE Obammy and his admin of moron's.
Health care. What a friggin' joke. The whole thing is a total end-run around the unaddressed employment and campaing promise issues that have STILL yet to be resolved.
The ignorance flavored kool-aid just keeps on flowing. Drink up, sheeple.

I couldn't agree more...The health care debate is just more of the same from this administration...a smoke screen to keep the millions already living on the Government teat hoping for more...all while millions more are losing their jobs (NO help from the administration on that front) and being forced to apply for additional assistance. Whatever happened to the hundreds of billions that was 'posed to put people back to work??
I don't believe Obama and his cohorts WANT people back to work...at least until after the next election. Then it'll still be Bush's fault no one has a job, and Obama will harvest votes by the millions by pointing out how much money is being spent on social programs to keep the masses fed, housed, and clothed.
Sorry for political commentary to anyone who's offended......

I'm hearing a lot of truth flying around here today. I don't know if the world is ready for the truth, but hopefully it spreads before the next election.

I remember all the talk about getting the economy back on track and I haven't seen any of it. All I've seen is more of the same.
I'm starting to think that the media has picked out the handful of people who are using their rights to draw attention away from the fact that all the President has been doing is a lot of talk.

While I agree that the folks carrying guns were within their rights I don't realy think it was the smartest thing to do, given the circumstances.
