I crimp my Rainiers in with out the cannelure. Just lighten up the crimp so it does not tear the plateing. Ive never had any issues with the Rainiers.....other than their rediculose price increase. Sad

I'll have to give that a try next batch of bullets I order. I guess if I start knocking them out of crimp I'll just have to tighter the crimp up. burr

Be careful not to damage the copper plating with too firm of a crimp...
