Les, any holster that will fit a K-frame S&W will hold the Security Six. I might be a touch tight at first but it will stretch enough to work.
There are some holsters out there that are made to fit EITHER strong side or cross draw. I carry my 4" Security Six in a Bianchi #4001 Cyclone II that is made that way. If I'm carrying a back pack or tree stand I'll wear it crossdraw, in front of my left hip. I've shot matches using it strong side. I'm not sure if they still make that model though.

The only "drawback" pun intended to crossdraw is the fact that you "muzzle" alot of stuff before you get on target including your left arm. but if you're double actioning on target and not trying to "stage" your revolver on the way out it would probably work just fine. just keep out of the trigger guard until you get on target. I've trained w people that have to accomidate special needs and between five or six of us we have a pretty good head on our corporate shoulders kudos to you on not giving up. Is there a concealed carry trainer close to you? I would consult him. we are fortunate to have a real good one close by I'm sure he would respond to you his name is Matt Canovi he's online and has his own webpage www.mattcanovi.com hope this helps. Tell him Mike from anderson gun sent ya.

Fnuser, I tried a cross draw and it won't work for me.
PSlinger, thanks for the heads up on the k-frame holsters.
For the PT111Pro, and the 24/7 I am going with a SlideGuard from High Noon Holsters, anybody have experience with these folks? They have a 15 degree forward kant and will sit just behind my right hip.
I cannot stand anything inside my pants. that is except for young nubile redheads of the opposite sex.
Mizz Dee is OK with inside the pant soft holster, but nothing else can get in there , and she is also getting a CW purse.

Only one draw back with a CCW purse (and my wife has one) is that they can be snatched. No purse...No gun...Make sure she's aware of this and pays the utmost attention to her purse when in public...

Will do Bushy,
But, she is a vicious old gal and I would be afraid to try and take her purse away from her.
This is the honest to God truth. I've seen her drop a 6 foot plus 250 pound guy with just a lip twister, and subsequently a kick to, oh you know where.
The guy was laying on the ground bleeding from the upper lip, and rolling back and forth, you know the drill.
She is much more violent than I. Her motto is kill them all and let---, you know the rest, but she means it.
And, I love her dearly!!! She is my and I would go anywhere with her as my back-up, or maybe I'm her back-up. Don't know for sure.

I’m opposed to women using a purse to carry a gun!!!
They do have a habit of letting them sit around.
I’m also jealous of the fact it’s so much easier to hide and carry that way.
And before anyone suggests, NO!!! I’m not getting a man purse.

I have thought about using a briefcase or some sort of business binder !!!
If anyone thinks about that, be sure to check laws first.
Some states require the weapon to be on your person for concealed carry.

I much prefer to have it on my person. I either use an IWB Kramer for my Firestar, A Kellogg Costum IWB Appendix carry for my S&W mod 19. I have two holsters for my Kimber UCC II. One is a Gould & Goodrich Yaqui Slide and a Blackhawk IWB. I use a Kramer single magazine pouch and a Gould & Goodrich single magazine pouch.
And just when Chambered, was I ever out of trouble around here...I still say you just might look good in a man purse...Yessiree Bob....
