Happens every year it seems ... they have a new billing system that went haywire... and it happened to happen over a holiday weekend... so it took longer than it should have to fix it. Sorry Smile

My so-called "radical" political comments have got me in trouble a few times in the past. Hey, calm down!!! I'm with you. I live in an area that has abundant ground water and San Antonio want's it. They even tried to get the ground water district to allow them to put meters on our wells and charge us for water.....and that's after I paid for drilling the well, bought the pump, cistern, and booster pump, and paid for the electricty to produce it!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr Mad

Put your well under your house mate, with a pump head in the laundry or somewhere like that...who's gonna know then that you are pumping ground water. Build a workshop over your existing well and make it look like it is part of your normal water supply.

That'll stuff 'em. Very Happy
