Then again, this is apparently somewhere in the foreign countries where none of the 'mericans laws infiltrated through.

Think about it, if there is something scary that shoulndt be in the post box..
You saw a pair of "threatening eyes" shining from the darkness..
Something spooky, or maybe giving a threatening sound like a bear, ghost or whatever alien..
You are carrying.. you dont know if this thing wont be dangerous to your neighbourhood, your children are playing nearby..
AND, your country's law permit you to shoot dangerous animal on sight..
So, BANG!!
And once you shoot, you might as well make a target practice of it so
