With the year coming to the close and this being 100 years there has been a lot of talk about how much it and Henry Ford changed our lives, from 8 hour work days to better wages, there are many things that have changed due to the first "commoner" automobile costing in today's dollar from 20,800$ when first introduced down to 3,200$ in the 1920's when the Ford production system was in full force.

But recently the latest and the most ever lasting reason why the Model T was so important directly in everyone's lives was mentioned in the news recently;

"The model T also improved peoples gene poll as they could go farther to find a wife"

I live for the moment, to go a distance to find one ain't exactly me. Wink

It will be a while before (A) I settle for a half decent girl or (B) finnally go the distance and ask a very specific one to be mine. Laughing

But option "A" is not in the books yet not wanting to get settled yet as I am only 21 now anyways. And "B" would involve me getting the guts to ask knowing full well she WILL reject me. Very Happy

So for now I'll talk about cars, guns, the outdoors and what ever else is on my mind. The Sheilas in my life for now can come and go from one day to the next, and really do not need to be discussed about much. Wink
