Any one seen the new HOWA AXION Rifle ? Kinda looks like it's at the top of my list for a varmint gun.

I've only seen photos of it-radical look, wow!. I have a Howa 1500 Varminter Supreme in .204 Ruger. The action is smooth as butter, looks beautiful and only the trigger needed to be lightened and tuned. It is my favorite, and the Lord willing it will get some rounds put through it next weekend. Very Happy

Hey, did you see the Axiom article in the NRA American Rifleman this month? I think they tested a 308, but they liked it a whole lot. Sounds like the stock design is very comfortable and absorbs recoil very well.

Howa makes a fine product. Knoxx makes a fine product. There is no reason that the Axiom won't be a great rifle.

HOWA make a great rifle...my mate loves his .223 and wouldn't change it for all the tea in China.

Not too sure about the AXIOM though....not the nicest looking rifle I've ever seen.

Cheers, Vince
