Guts: If you have the room, store your critical stuff inside.

I loaded for years with my press bolted to a 2 X 6 C-clamped to the dining room table, or kitchen countertop.

Set up didn't take long, and it worked great, except the time I forgot to primer the brass, and the powder leaked out of the flash hole, while I was giving a demonstration to a mob of cub scouts. Embarassed Very Happy

I got it taken care of. I finally got laid off for the winter and got my stuff together and built my reloading bench inside. The top is made out of a solid-core hospital door that I ripped to 26" deep. The door was 7' long so I left it at that. This thing is a chunk, it's 2" thick. My welder friend at work made me four brackets that are 1/2" thick, 6" wide, and 1' long bent in the middle like an L bracket so there is a 6" square surface holding to the top and the wall, lagged into the studs. On the front there is two steel legs with flat pre-drilled pieces, one on the top of the leg to screw to the table and one to screw to the floor. This bench is so solid you can sit on it and it does not flex in the least. I'll try to attach a few photos, See you at the reloading bench!

Shocked that is definitely a nice and tidy work bench.

Nice setup mate. I envy you.

OH sure you had to go and put up pictures didn't you!!!

Makes me feel like an old pack rat that I am now that I see that wonderful looking bench. And I have to work on the car this weekend and go to a gunshow and get together with a guy who wants me to get my certification to instruct newbies on firearms and the safe and responsible use there of.

WOW!! I am going to be busy!!! As well as trying to make it to church Sunday morning and getting my body beat on by the 3 y/o.

Thanks! Thanks ALOT!!!!! HE HE HE!!!!!

Guts...a clean and tidy desk/work area is the sign of a sick mind mate. Laughing

Good looking bench...and good use by recycling the door too. Well done mate.

Cheers, Vince

I don't think anyone is going to post pictures of their reloading benches for a while now that he has posted that one, I think its the neatest one I've ever seen. Laughing
