I just got my gun back from the gunsmith. I turned my 22-250 int an AI. I was hoping some of you guys might be able to recomend some loads that worked in the past.

Many variables combine with wildcats to achieve good load data. Your gunsmith may have given your rifle a tight or loose chamber and your barrel length may be such as to optomize the case capacity.
I have had several 22-250 Improved over the years, some with 40 degree shoulders, some with less radical ones; they all work well. Using 220 Swift data less 10% has always been good starting points for me. Tracking case head expansion and watching chronograph data can be instrumental in showing effective pressure/velocity.
Visit reloadersnest.com for a compliation of data from other owners with rifles so chambered. Caution is expressed in that their data often reflects maximum velocities/pressures and may be different in your rifle.
This is a fun round and it looks great. I have had excellent results with Reloder 15 and H414 with bullets in 55gr range. WW brass, of course, with WLRM primers seem to be excellent choices.

Your starting loads will be about half way between the starting and maximum load for the parent case (22-250). Work your loads up slowly until you find the most accurate load.

Point of interest: refers to my rifles only, yours may vary.
Water grain capacity of 22-250 Improved, 40 degree shoulder: 45.75 gr.
-220 Swift (WW Brass), 46.25gr to 46.55gr (three rifles)
All weights with once fired brass.
