All Done

sorry guys,
I was out back working on the house and yard. trying to keep the wife happy.

also abeen working alot of over time at work. its been very bussy these last few weeks while the weather has been around 104 degrees in colorado.

yes, my bushmaster is a varmiter. I realy like the way it shoots, seems to be very accurat and smooth shooting. its amazing how easy the recoil is, there is heardly no recoil. easy on the sholdes, and you are able to keep the scope on the target after the shot. the barrel is heavy , making the gun top heavy. I can live with that. it seems like all my guns I have gotten lately are heavy. the marlin 30-30, and the marlin 39a 22 lever action are both heavy guns. actualy Ithink the marlin 22 lever action is heavyier than the marlin 30-30. the Springfield 30-36 I have is heavy , thats the way I like it.

mc223, No, I have never been to the brush hollow BLM area near Florence.

I was origionaly from around Kerrville Texas, and have been living in colorado now for about almost 9 years now. if I could get my wife talked into moving back to texas, I would be texas bound , back to the rivers and hunting grounds that I was raised at. lol.

Nope we're never done. That's the nice part about getting older! (CRS)You forget what's been discussed and start all over again. We have a new year so we can restart from the first topics of last year and they will all seem new again................... Very Happy

That's it!! I've had it right up to here!! I'm going to the back 5 and see if I can locate some oaks that will good make fencing and posts for horses...Maybe a gallows Censored

Dunno about oaks Bushy....but there is some nice Yellow Box eucalypts on the son-in-laws place....oh yeah, and some real nice straight red stringy gums too. Makes great post and rail fences.
