Next weekend is MN deer opener. This will be the first time I get to hunt the entire 11 day season.

I'll post a picture in a new thread. She got a nice big mature mule deer. It went 25" wide and 4x4 with eyeguards. My boy got the entire encounter on video so I was able to pull a few nice pictures of him before she decided it was "The One". Lol!
I think she passed on 30 to 40 bucks that day, one was a huge 4x3 she really regretted later. That evening we found nearly an identical buck but this one split right at the end of the one tine.
It was a huge deer and she is super happy with it so that makes me happy too.
