Little fawn

Had five of these little rascals running around my pasture this afternoon. This one decided to come up and check out my backyard. Pretty much having an over abundance of deer this year. If we have a tough winter, the predators will eat well.

Yes, we can eat them. We are also allowed to hunt them during big game hunting season, which we do. Mostly we hunt for a mature deer. Very Happy

I wish I had your photography skills Moose...and your camera.

That is a beautiful pics mate and no doubt that wee one will grow up to be a damn fine looking critter.

Thanks Vince. These newer cameras have come a long ways in terms performance and affordability to the point I can even take a half decent pic at times. Just like shooting a rifle accurately, it does take a lot of good practice. Very Happy
