I can't be sure but I have been told that what you feel and what is really happening after consuming a few beers are two entirely differt realities.
In high school I had a friend who occassionally use speed. He wrote down some math that he did while under the influence - filled the whole sheet of paper. Now this guy was not Einstein or even close when he was straight but with a head full of anphetamines he finally realized that it didn't help his math skills at all. Neither one of us could made heads or tails of what was on the paper but I can assure you it wasn't math of any kind.
So, after a few beers don't write anything down if you want to go on believing that it makes you smarter, tougher or better looking.

Moderation, unless you don't have to drive. I say alcohol is a great grease/fat dissolver. So to keep your arteries clean of cholesterol fat deposits 7 to 8 liters a day seem appropriate. Frankly I don't even know how much a liter is, but it sounds good.

And I would go with the 8 rather than 7, no sense in under doing it.
